The show starts on September 20th and lasts until the 23rd. Kaz Hirai's keynote starts at 10:30am and ends at 12:00pm (JST (UTC+9)). Most of the juicy info will be announced during this keynote. My guess is a new SKU and a worldwide price drop. Of course rumble and analog stick FF will be announced, it's their last chance this year before the holidays to announce it, so I feel it will be announced here and will be called the dualshock 3.

G4 is airing their coverage on th 25th and 26th, which is after the show so maybe this time they won't cut to commercial during a very important announcement (like they did at E3 and Halo3).

As for live blogging, I'm sure all the regulars will be doing there thing. IGN, 1UP etc. will probably be doing live blogs like they did for MS pre TGS conference.

It's gunna be a blow out and I'm pretty certain Sony will steal the show, just like at E3.

I hope for the Ico team a new Shadow game gets announced. The ending still left some holes.

They better announce dual shock 3.

And the Team Ico PSP game.

They have never really done that before with the PSP or PS3.

I just think they may show it off, it's not like we don't know about it and it's unexpected. They just might show some of the aspects of it at TGS, like in game XMB. Kaz has an hour and a half, hopefully he fills that up nicely and not like KK did last year.

In-game xmb would be great, I hate only sending messages from the XMB. It really kills in-game communication.

Same here, most games that need it have it, but I can't believe what Incog was thinking when they left Warhawk without this feature.

Nothing has been announced yet by Sony but it really seems like they are announcing something to do with pricing, be it a new SKU or just a regular price drop. FCC just tested a model for them, I put the link in the Christmas pricing thread, in case you want to look into it. It shows a WL module so it will have wireless, whatever the model may be.

Could be a 40GB but I hope they just drop the 80GB all together and get rid of the bundle.

Same here, a cheaper SKU would be a good idea, and I too will be getting a ps3 IF it gets cheaper by the time of my birthday.

I say forget about a 40GB and just drop the 80GB to $399 and no more bundles.

Yeah, too bad that's not gonna happen. Would be nice as hell though :)

I think sony should stop beating around the bush and give people EXACTLY what they want, not a ghetto alternative. we want divx and xvid support. we want homebrew. we want more bells and whistles... psp has rss... shouldnt be hard to implement on the ps3. I want podcasts... I want my ps3 to be the end all be all media center....
